While our sources tell us that the law suit may not hold up in court, the attention the law suit will likely create for Smarter Agent may be worth it for them.
According to their website, Smarter Agent says “Our mobile platform is the first that runs Downloadable, WAP/Browser and
Text applications on every carrier. Most of us are new to mobile lingo,
so for reference, downloadable applications are more robust and let you
do more than WAP/Browser and Text applications.”
It is important to note that browser-based applications like VoicePad,
Kurio and Goomzee, some of the most popular applications for MLSs today are currently NOT included in the suit. We’ll keep you posted as we learn more about the details of the claims of the filing.
Dear Sir,
With Zillow advertising on National TV. I’m concerned that they are way off on the value of my home. It’s obvious that they are clueless in property values. Yet it causes me stress to know a company can put up a false value on my home publically. What can a homeowner do????
You can’t do much. Zillow publishes their accuracy information on their sit. There is little correlation between zillow and sale price. Always call a REALTOR(r) when you list your home.
