The real estate industry has adopted new standards for managing Multiple Listing data feeds, converting from the Real Estate Transaction Standard (RETS) to the new RESO Web API. For years the brokerage group has lobbied the National Association of REALTORS® to require that all Multiple Listing Organizations deliver data to brokers and their technology providers using Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). Today, these new data feeds are now available and they are delivering more value than brokers imagined.
In this first webinar report, WAV Group has invited Amy Gorce from CoreLogic, America’s largest Multiple Listing vendor to explain how they have delivered their solution to more than half of the real estate industry though their new product, Trestle™.
Joining CoreLogic will be Andy Woolley, Vice President and General Manager of Homes.com, the nation’s largest aggregator of Multiple Listing data for brokers. Woolley will provide an overview of how their firm has pushed the investment and adoption of the RESO Web API to improve the speed and efficiency of data management for their brokers.
Rounding out our panel on Trestle will be Rosemary Scardina, MLS Director of the Gulf South Real Estate Information Network who will share information on how Trestle has relieved the burden of managing IDX data applications to speed the process of approvals for brokerage participants in the MLS.
Please join us on Tuesday 1st May at 10.00am PST, 1.00pm EST to get a first-hand look at the benefits of Trestle for your brokerage.
