Park City Utah (September 20, 2018)–The Park City Board of REALTORS® is pleased to announce the appointment of Jamie Johnson Hoppe, a seasoned association leader as its new Chief Executive Officer.
According to Todd Anderson, chairman of the PCBR CEO Search Committee, “We’re thrilled to have Jamie coming on board with us. She is a true team builder that is passionate about helping to create a collaborative and productive association designed to meet the needs of brokers. Her work as the Director of Operations for the Greater Nashville Association of REALTORS®, in addition to her extensive not-for-profit work has prepared her well to support the needs of the Park City REALTOR® community.”

She is a natural collaborator and will be great at listening to our members and then address their needs across the board.”
Ms. Hoppe started her successful real estate career with Crye-Leike Realty in Jackson, Tennessee. She became a multimillion dollar producer in just three years. To be that successful she learned how to not just manage the process, but also to provide amazing customer service.
After taking some time away from real estate she became a Children’s Minister in Tennessee at the Cumberland Church. As a minister she directed the programs for kids from birth up to 6th grade, trained all volunteers while planning events.
After 2 years with Cumberland Church, Jamie moved to London, England to be part of the International Mission Board. She and her family helped develop community based programs through sports in West London. She was also responsible for managing budgets and raising support.
Next, Jamie moved on to Greater Nashville Realtors® where she was responsible for managing budgets, Professional standards administration, being a liaison for the Board of Directors, led new member orientations, participated heavily in RPAC and other fundraising events.
Ms. Hoppe will be beginning her tenure at PCBR on October 1, 2018
PCBR retained an executive search firm, WAV Group, Inc., to assist in the process of determining its first new Association Executive in several years. More than 50 applicants were initially considered. Candidates were screened through a telephone interview with the search firm, followed by a telephone interview with the search committee, and a live interview with the PCBR CEO Search Committee made up of Directors and Brokers, and last, a review of Jamie’s qualifications with the PCBR Board of Directors who made the final decision.
