CoreLogic shared some good news today. Their Trestle data distribution solution that provides MLSs with RESO compliant Web API transmission capabilities was upgraded to v 1.0.2 Platinum-level certification . I am sure that they will be spreading the good news to their customers at the Council of MLS meetings that start in Orlando, FL tomorrow. Some MLSs who were on the fence about signing up for Trestle cited Platinum-level Web API as their demand. Now CoreLogic can hook them up with the highest certification level of the standard.

This is great news for anyone who would like to take advantage of standardized data across multiple MLS
markets. CoreLogic’s Trestle joins FBS and Zillow Group with their new RESO Web API certification.   But most of all, real estate tech vendors who rely on MLS data to serve their broker and agent clients will now have a single point of access to the best data quality covering about half of the nation’s MLSs. That’s a big deal.
