NIRA MLS is currently searching for a Director of the MLS who is a creative, detail-oriented, “self-starter” who has a passion to provide the highest level of essential service, support and guidance to our almost 4,000+ MLS users.
The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of customer-facing marketing technologies, data transport/API’s/RESO, marketing automation tools, customer support and membership management systems, and IT systems and processes. They will possess strong project management skills and will be comfortable supporting subscribers with customer support, training and educational events.
This position will report to the Chief Operating Officer and will work as a team with the CEO and COO. The position oversees a team of 2 MLS Staff.
