With all of the negativity and focus on litigation and market uncertainty recently, it is heartening to see one of the largest franchises in the country getting back to the business of selling real estate. This reveal of the expanded partnership between RE/MAX and the newly announced BoldTrail platform shows that no matter what type of distraction is out there, brokerages need to continue to innovate and evolve. It looks like RE/MAX has put the antitrust settlement in the rear view and is back to focusing on ways to help their agents and franchisees succeed. This is an encouraging trend I’m hearing from some of our other broker clients as well. As mortgage rates start to come down, days on market and pricing is normalizing, it seems as though at least some portion of buyers and sellers are ready to get back on the playing field.
In this season of 2025 budgeting and year end planning, you may want to take a look at WAV Group’s Brokerage Technology Roadmap Report to start to think about what you should be thinking about for your brokerage technology solutions moving forward. The good news is the leading brokerage technology vendors have been working to help brokers operate more efficient and profitable businesses.
In addition to BoldTrail shown in the attached release, Tribus is rolling out their new Nautilent Solution, a full suite of broker technologies and data warehouse delivered by a company with a 100% Net Promoter Customer Satisfaction Score – virtually unheard of. Lone Wolf has had news lately too. On July 8th Lone Wolf announced their end to end solution which bolts on the transaction management solutions they own as well as providing broker front and back office solutions.
Brokerage Platforms are continuing to evolve to help deliver some of the suggestions we provided in our vision for the future of Brokerage Technologies in the WAV Group Broker Technology Roadmap.
I am so looking forward to a time when we can all get back to business and this is a very encouraging trend!
