The Broker Public Portal is staging a relaunch in Q1 of 2025. Meanwhile, some of the founding MLSs in the Broker Public Portal have collaborated on a consumer website called Nestfully. The core markets from this site include:
- BrightMLS
- California Regional MLS
- REcolorado
- BeachesMLS
- East Alabama MLS
- IRES
- Miami MLS
- South Central MLS
There are some features that brokers should consider to benefit from the leads generated by this website for home buyers and sellers.
Buyer Lead Routing from Nestfully
At Nestfully, the default is to send leads on broker listings to the listing agent. If you choose, you can have those leads routed to your brokerage for distribution. As you know, not all listing agents want these leads; so by taking control of lead routing, you can assure the consumers that they get the service your brokerage delivers.
You can have leads routed to the brokerage CRM by submitting a request for lead routing through a form at nestfully.com/pages/broker-lead-routing.
Seller Lead Routing from Nestfully
As brokers already know, What’s my Home Worth also generates leads.
These seller leads are not assignable automatically to any broker, so Nestfully routes them in a random round-robin fashion. Seller leads are sent to the Office Email field in your MLS.
If you have not checked that email address lately – be sure to go and look. You may find that the email goes to an old office manager’s email address that has been bouncing. You would not want to lose out on those leads. In many MLSs, the office email address is blank.
You may need to contact your Association of REALTORS to update your office email address. A best practice is to create a generic office email address that is received by a group of people in your brokerage leadership or goes directly into your brokerage lead routing system.
