AI that Seems Like you are Really Talking to a Human

This Demo is going to blow you away!

We all know that AI is moving faster than light. At WAV Group we look at new AI solutions all the time. The demo I have attached for you though is next level, though. 

Engineered by a stealth, but highly funded start-up called Sesame, their conversational AI bots are taking online, computer-driven conversations to a whole new level.  When you interact with Miles or Maya it genuinely feels like you are talking to a human. While this is just a demo and is not populated with rich data to allow it to perform in-depth functions, you will see when you ask it questions how it dynamically responds to your questions, tone, frustration levels, etc. 

Think about what it would be like to have Miles or Maya speak to your subscribers about a challenge they are having in their business. Or what if they could serve as an online “genius bar” delivering one on one technology training?  What if it could just be an empathetic ear to listen to the real estate challenges of the day? 

And with another level of training, what if it could be part of a state Association’s legal hotline, provide compliance feedback or even arbitrate challenges letting legal statutes guide the conversation instead of the inevitable personal bias that enters into human-led conversations today?  What if it could review transaction documents and then call the agent with patient and empathetic feedback and guidance about how to make the transaction paperwork fully compliant?  What if it could be the one to talk an angry agent off the ledge after receiving a compliance fine from an MLS?  The possibilities are endless. 

Now, what about the potential dark sides of this type of technology. What if someone who is highly depressed and has isolated themselves uses this technology to replace friendships or even family?  What if they call their “friend” Maya for advice instead of a counselor or family member and the Maya BOT cannot help them?  What if someone is in a bad marriage and turns to Maya instead of their wife for attention and company?  Does it count as an “affair” if Maya is a digital “girlfriend”?  Has anyone seen the movie Companion?
