It’s Time To Work Together And Raise The Bar

CoreLogic Reports Good News on Shadow Inventory For 2013

CoreLogic released their projections on Shadow Inventory for 2013 which indicate good news for all in the housing industry.  The new numbers show a 12.3% drop from October 2011. Shadow Inventory Seen as Manageable in 2013 Current residential shadow inventory as of October 2012 fell to 2.3 million units*, representing a supply of seven months. WAV Group 2012 MLS Technology Survey Report – Released!

DotLoop Announces Release of Freemium Product and New Round of Funding

DotLoop, a real estate technology company that assists agents, buyers and sellers through the transaction process, announced a new round of funding and the release of their Freemium version of their product. On the funding side, DotLoop announced a $7 million Series A round of financing from Trinity Ventures.
