The plan is for the state to sponsor the program that invites REALTORS®, brokers, and their MLSs to collaborate on delivering the most comprehensive rental search serving consumers across the state, and America.

They have joined in releasing a new service to help consumers find rentals more effectively. The partnership will help Southwest MLS brokers be trusted advisors for their clients when finding rentals.
In a press release today, Zillow has launched Renter Hub. They claim that renters can save thousands using Zillow’s new search tool to better time their move. This is great for property owners and renters too, as it reduces the vacancy days between renters.
This is great news for realtors and great news for Rental Beast. With the support of NAR, Rental Beast is likely to continue their expansion in serving more realtors and their clients.
